ISP CEP Families can join our info sessions where we will be answering all your questions about the programme.
All calls will take place at 10:00 am and 4:00 pm UTC on the following dates:

ISP CEP families are in charge of covering and managing all procedures related to the following travel aspects:

Medical & Travel Insurance
Vaccines & Medical Checks
(if required)
Passport
(and visa,

Personal Allowance
(student personal expenses)
During the exchange you will continue to cover your school fees and will not pay any enrolment or extra fees at your hosting school.

These are the documents that will be requested:
safeguarding check
Matched families will then be visited by ISP schools staff for a safeguarding check to complement submitted documents which will be cleared by ISP Central Health and Safeguarding team. They are:
GREEN LIGHT TO TRAVEL
reciprocal exchange
Two possible traveling periods: April-July or Sep-Dec '24.
Students with the Green Light To Travel will be set to begin their exchange experience. During the matching process you will determine with your pair, who will travel first. We recommend for the exchange to happen one right after the other visited, travelling on the same flight connecting the exchanges.

APPLICATION TIMELINES
STUDENT EXPECTATIONS DURING ISP CEP
ISP CEP participants are required to engage in and thoroughly get immersed in learning experiences prior, during and post-exchange to get the most out of the programme. The main milestones are:
Submitting an application form and profile video.
Engage in marketing materials that reflect their learning and the benefits of partaking in the programme.
Participate in an online Cultural Exchange session.

IMPORTANT STUDENT
COMMITMENTS
Complete a final evaluation at the end of the experience
Have at least 2 online meetups with their buddy and family
Be an ambassador for the ISP CEP the following year supporting the programme ILOS coordinator at their school and interested participants.
Have at least 1 online meetup with their hosting school.
Present their experience at their home school post-exchange.
Carry out a learning diary while hosting and visiting.
